    Wait, what?

The tailgate cap is the same dimensions as the OEM cap. The only difference is the material.

    UPDATE

We have a giant batch of these on order from the laser cutter, and they will be available in about two weeks.

Short bed is all we have for now, eventually we will add long bed.

There will be an option for use with the factory tonneau cover.

Pricing will be $175 per set, plus shipping.

You're right. I had the stock stuff pictured wrong in my head. Carry on.

I do not currently have a tonneau cover but everyone want to get a bakflip mx4. Can the non tonneau version support a third party tonneau later?

That's pretty clean looking and I like the extra post on the inside. The more mounts the better!

Most of the 3rd party tonnaeu covers are rail system mount so I woudl think they would work fine.

The mx4 uses the OEM bed rail torx/screw holes and lowers the OEM rail with an engineered bracket you end up screwing it to. Curious about the compatibility with the mx4 (just installed one) as I could be a potential customer if it can be confirmed compatible. Or I could be a guinea pig to test

These caps should have no impact on the MX4.

Does this include the tailgate cap? Whats shipping looking like cost wise for the lower 48? (Whispers Nebraska in particular) ☺️

That doesn't include the tailgate cap, but we'll do a package deal for the whole set.

I'll add it to our website tonight as a preorder, then you'll be able to calculate shipping right on our site.

I need a long bed truck, with the factory tonneau cover, to measure.

How significant are the differences for the tonneau cover?

The caps just have notches for the tonneau attachment points.

Ahh, gotcha. Any chance of doing a non-tonneau only version for the LB, or do you have that already? I read through the thread and wasn't sure.
