Pretty steep and if the other trails are closed very long. You'll come out near Salem. Would love to do it again sometime

Hmm, that is the same sign posted at the state park we were at. This was near 281 and 64 in NC not far from Lake Toxaway. In the park, you go down to where the grassy ridge is, then there is a gravel road that turns into 4wd fun. Lots of side roads were open and we took a bunch before I started to get turned around and decided to head back.

Your truck and Mark's runner, too, would probably eat it up and ask for more, but I am down to go back out there. I feel like there's a lot we didn't get to explore. but they close gates at dusk.

I'm down for either a weekend in may or June.

We went right after the super steep hill and ended up doing a bridge crossing and ended up near lake jocassee in the morning

Did you camp somewhere in it? There were maybe a couple of places I saw as might have been okay.

Looks great. Changed my headlights and grill pretty recently and it had the same effect. Only downside is that the headlights are not nearly as good of a light pattern and I'll have to fine tune them but they're not blinding anyone so it's good enough for now

Would be good in June to get up in the mountains and out of the heat a bit.
