    Avocado works amazing for making it smooth and creamy if you don't wanna do banana. But I love throwing a frozen banana in mine.

    I was just thinking of how I could mix up the pumpkin to taste like Pumpkin pie:drool:.. You could add some reddi whip too and a dash of cinnamon on that bad boy and it'd be defreakinlicous.

    milk or water
    some ice

    reddi whip
    and dash of cinnamon on top

    Play with amounts to achieve personal like of taste or cals for each ingredient.
