@YamaDirtrider, @lucky, do you have to take exhaust header out to be able to take out last two bolts in the upper side of transmission housing?

No. But they were a pain. Only think to come off of the exhost was the brackets that hold it to the tranny

I used about 2 feet worth of extensions so I could sit all the way behind the transmission. This let me reach forward and above the the tranny to get the top bolts out of the bellhousing.

What a day, but finally I could put A750F in its new home. Working this alone takes a lot longer thant I though.
Some measurements mistakes on tranny cross member, so this is an add up task for next weeken

    Today events:

1._ installed 6 converter bolts. A good hint for this is to turn converter in transmision in a way that one of the threads get in the area where starter sits.

2._ fixed and installed transmission crossmember. I end up fabricating the upper plate with holes, installed it loose, bolt it and then welded a few points, took it back and welded it outside. This way everything sits right perfect.

Today I put all wiring toguether and make front wheels spin in 4x4 while in towers, everything engage but a weird sound come from transfer case after selecting D gear, but after putting tires on floor vehicle move only in reverse, but when trying to engage D that weird sound come extremely loud, so I stop trying.
    @YamaDirtrider , @jowybyo, any advice about these?

I realized I'm a little confused. Are you saying everything worked the way it's supposed to but you have a weird sound in the transfer case? Or are you saying it only moves in reverse plus you have a weird sound?

In 4L moving forward I get a weird sound and so does my buddy ... but I chock it up to being normal. If something breaks down the line I will fix it but I've thousands of off road miles and my shit is beat to hell. Good progress on this though.

Did you move the tcase motors before installing it?
Double check the gray wires one goes to add one goes to tcase. If these are mixed up it will send the motor past the limit switches.

Edit: did you connect the vss or neutral safty switch?

What are the gray wires for? I didn't wire my tcase with the factory harness but if I remember correctly nothing can make the motors go passed the limit switch. The limits are set internally to the actuator. Once it rotates so far it physically losses contact with the terminal and touches a different terminal that reverses the polarity.

This is how it is happening:

    1) I put level in N position
    2) Select H4, H4 lights turns on, meaning ADD is Engaged and Transfer case is in H4 position.
    3) When putting Transmission level in D, a Gridding noise, very low come from transfer case.
    4) Then I Put Transmission level in R, Everythin works, vehicle move. (Also center differential lock is selected to be able to move).
    5) Try back to put Transmission in D, But same Gridding noise appears. I try a few times, but think can brake something.
    6) In H2 everything works fine ( considering I don´t have rear drive shaft installed).

While in neutral everything engages fine, 4H, 4LO and back.

I did remove ADD, but I´m sure its working fine since 4WD light is engaged.
@YamaDirtrider I haven´t removed transfer case actuactor, and the grey wires are exactly just the way they came from a 4Runner.

The grey wire goes to the ADD terminal in 4runner 4wd ECU, and the other to one of the transfer case actuator. But I´m sure that is not the problem right now.
