Really nothing right now... Sadly. Figure it'll be warming back up here, and people are bound to have piles of toys to install. I've been throwing around the idea of sound deadening the cab- preparing for when this Prinsu group buy drops (the last two closed just days prior to me seeing them). I've been strongly considering regearing, chopping my fenders and 35's. If that happens, then I'll probably get air lockers, then I need OBA... Hell, long travel might not be far off- who knows. It's a slippery slope. The small amount of adult in me is saying it's too much monies tho

Is it @Gramps who has the gearing connection?

Sorry for intruding on your build @3378jakesr5 :hattip: maybe my lazy ass needs to make one of my own

Ahh the sound dentoning was on a sale again last I saw and I've got a few sheets I need to do.
Idk about gramps but @thefatkid seams to be the gear master for building them.

Not a problem, im the gear and locker connection. @thefatkid is the gear install guru and i should have diffs you can borrow and have regeared so that the truck is not down for long.

Gramps can get you coffee and acid free water though :p:D

I'll definitely take you up on that... I was waiting on the potential gear/locker group buy to see prices, but if you've already got a hookup... :spy:

@3378jakesr5 and @thefatkid I'd be interested in pricing... Hell, even that acid free water sounds pretty good @Gramps :D

A small handful of select mods.
It's a PH balanced water. Not just Acid free and we no longer rep them. I can do a lot more then that but hey I prefer to just drink a beer and supervise these days. You kids can do all the work. :D

And yes @thefatkid is the gearing hook up. He regeared my truck and it has been awesome ever since.

You mentioned hot water setup on the classified thread... what route are you going for it?

Heat exchanger, radiator, anti scolding device, with a tee in the plumbing just after the pump and before the heat exchanger ill have cold and hot water. Then i have 5/8 air chucks for quick disconnects that will be in the bed and possibly in the front bumper.

Gotcha, with an on board tank or intake from stream/river?

I was thinking about the heat exchanger way, but I think I may go with a propane instant heater since I'll have propane and its instant. Issue I realized was having to idle the truck for a long time if I wanted hot water when the trucks not already warm (in the morning or when I haven't moved campsites).

I figured dishes/cleaning up before going to bed after setting up camp, and dont see myself not moving day to day in the truck but i also am not toooo concerned running the truck for a bit if needed

Majority of mine will be for showering so I'd need a bit more heat which has me leaning towards gas.

I'll always be packed since I'm going to be traveling with the truck. :p And I'm going with a full size tank since it'll be for the stove as well.
