    Hello Everyone,
My dealer seams to be having issues finding a replacement part for my factory
    hard folding tonneau cover.
Has any one else had issues with theirs?

    Hello David

One of my Instagram friends @speedbro gave me this part number. 64974-04011 which is the hinge assemble that includes the end caps.
i had my dealer order the part, it should be in early next week. I will message you when it comes in to confirm the part is correct.

    lets hope

This is the correct P/N because I just replaced mine...

    64918-04010 Drivers side

    64917-04010 Passenger side

I accidentally bought the passenger side but easily swapped the rubber gasket piece from my broken park in about 5 seconds. I ordered mine online. I avoid dealerships if I can.

Anytime. Mine broke very easily just by setting the cover on its side. It was a huge PITA to find the correct replacement. I ordered multiple incorrect parts.

Thanks for finally working through this! I came up with same part numbers Toyota 64917-04010 and 64918-04010. My Toyota dealer told me I had to order the entire panel. Bogus. Finally got some help through Tacomaworld and started tracking down the actual part.
And your all correct, this part is a bad design, however I like my cover for the most part.
So glad there is this community to solve things. Thanks everyone!
