    am obviously new here and thanks for a great site --my 2017 trd 6 Cyl --is the first new vehicle I have ever owned -- I just got it 2 wks ago and still cry every time I get in it --it has been very emotional for me --everything I have ever owned for the last 30 yrs has been 10 yrs or older and such a financial burden --I didn't think this would ever happen for me--I am 47 yrs old--and am so greatful that i could accomplish such a milestone-i have never spent anything close to this kind of $$$ in my life -I felt like I was gonna puke signing my life away on all the paperwork..seriously..i still have my 2002 tacoma 4 cyl 2 wd with 215,000...

    Congratulations! There is nothing like that first NEW vehicle. Mine was an 89 Silverado. I think I washed that truck twice a week for a year! Enjoy, its a beauty.

    HEY EVERYONE--------Any idea where to get a good deal on a- smoke bug deflector - 2 pack vent guards - mud flaps--and don't laugh but does anyone make or sell gray stainless 3 or 5-inch tube steps -- I live in zip code 14145 and do not want to pay dealer price -which I thought for $52,000 should have come with them...it is what it is --any info would be greatly appreciated though..

    Hello Anita, welcome aboard. My name is Rory. I'm in northern California. Try Amazon for your add-ons. That's where I bought my Nerf Bars (running boards). I was surprised at the price you paid for your 2017. I bought my 2016 Tacoma (same model as yours) for $42,000 with a 10 year extended warranty. Base price was $36,000. Cost has gone up for sure.
    Anyway your truck looks great and I'm sure you will enjoy it. Do you get much snow where your at?
