    Hello,
    I own a 2012 tacoma quad cab. No lift.. factory wheels. I recently noticed that I lost my factory skid plate on a trail somewhere... no damage that I can see but i would like to replace it. I have started to look and am lost in a see of skid plates. What does everyone recommend? I do take trails in the national forest so rock protection is a must.

    Im using Pelfreybilt IFS and Mid skid. I like them. Pretty sure you can't go wrong with any of the aftermarket ones.

    Thats only needed for the transfer case skid. I don't have that one yet. The first two can be done with no reroute.
