I just got a box from prinsu! I am excited to get home and get this beast open. Note to any and all future APO - Military overseas buyers. The navy is slow. They drive slow boats. It took 60 days for this box to make it to me. Worth every second though.

For anyone with second thoughts: Even though this box seemed lost in the mail (because we didn't know military shipping times), Zach was great with updates and information. He always responded quickly, and as we got past the one month point, was even willing to refund the full price since we hadn't gotten a shipping update. I am really glad that we waited, as the product showed up. I have to give credit to a seller who is willing to refund simply because it is taking too long to show up.

Pictures will be up this weekend when I get this baby mounted!

Are we all talking about the same Zach. I've had no response or feed back what so ever

The one and only. Despite delays due to international shipping, he has been great in responding.. You sure you got the contact right?

It's kinda hit or miss. I had really good communication for a while which is one of the reasons I went with this product. Then after a few weeks of delays the responses got slower and slower.

Totally Agree! Zach actually catching up with email pretty well and I got his response from time to time. With this great product I say it is totally worth to wait.

Semi-amateur tip: if you're installing the cabrack by yourself, you can just loosely install the side rails to the cab first, then bolt the channels on afterward, one by one, then tighten the rails to the cab.

Previous to ordering my rack I had a few questions for him and he got back to me within a day or so. When I ordered my rack I got a confirmation email. Did you not get a confirmation email?

Seriously considering the Prinsu as my next purchase but I have a few questions.

    1) Anyone mount a mountain bike on it?
    2) Anyone mount a stand up paddleboard or kayak on it? (concerned about wind buffeting, how strong are these racks?)
    3) I thought I'd heard something about a TW discount???
