    When I had the Limo I did the fronts and the backs and it wasn't that bad, I got a Craftsman 5 piece set for around $30. a few months ago at Ace Hardware, they have the Cresent set you're looking at for $10.
    The Craftsman will give you the 15,16,17 and 18mm sizes also, I got it to do my steering lines on the rig.

    My issue is I am just about to the point where I'm going to need a third tool chest.

    When I needed a second one, I happened to see a Craftsman on Craigslist for $200 full of tools. The guy's father died and he wasn't mechanically inclined and didn't want them. So, while it worked out great for me, it didn't really solve my original problem.
