I have been given an opportunity to purchase a Bakflip G2 for $600. I normally over research everything before buying it and I don't have much time to give an answer to the seller. I've read through the thread's here and everyone seems happy with the G2. My questions are:

    1. Is $600 a good price for a brand-new G2? I know people have gotten them pretty cheap in the past using group buys.

    2. Is the G2 still top of the line? I don't mind spending $600 but I don't want to find out that there was a better option down the road. I know that is a matter of opinion but I'm open to suggestion.

Thanks ahead of time and I look forward to the comments.

By the way, my profile is incorrect. I have a 2011 Toyota Tacoma TRD sport

    Just getting started......
I just bought one about two weeks ago. I ordered it off eBay for $699. I had searched around for about a month, and this was the best price I found. There are several install videos on YouTube and my install time was about 45 mins. I have been well pleased with the quality and fit of the G2.WP_20170502_15_58_45_Rich.jpg WP_20170502_15_58_54_Rich.jpg WP_20170503_16_34_34_Rich.jpg WP_20170503_16_35_51_Rich.jpg

I had one on my Tundra. I loved that thing. Had my Taco not came with the factory tonneau I would have ordered another BakFlip. Absolutely nothing but great things to say.
