    I would start spraying rust penetrant on ALL of the nuts/bolts every day up to the day you start the install.

    @Chux do you need some sort of permit to transport bottles like that? I have zero clue about that stuff but id imagine you need one of those diamond shaped stickers with the classification numbers on it... :notsure: but wouldn't want you to get hassled by the 5-0 for it

    You know I'm not sure. I heard something of transportation of propane but of all the rigs I've seen on the interwebs with this tank mounted on the rear only one had a propane placard on it.. I just asked him what was up with it, if he did it on his own or was told to put it on. I'll let you know what he says.

    Biggest issue I can think of would be bridges and tunnels. I know NJ Turnpike prohibits carrying gas in containers.
    Average LEO probably will not bust balls.
    Placards are typically required for larger amounts, depending on type of material.

    I got the same mount @cynicalrider has for his C02, it's the 10lb tank option and only $37 But it's from Wheelers Offroad.. and I've heard they suck :rolleyes:
