Anyone have any experience with this brand? Whats quality and life expectancy? Crazy cheap, probably poor quality compared to Baja or Rigid, which is on my wishlist? Also looking for a 20" light bar to fit into a bumper-who's got a (cost effective)suggestion? Is this a case of "you get what you pay for"...?

I run the cheapest pods I can get off ebay, usually about 5-6 bucks each. have not had one fail yet, and so cheap you can switch them out many times before equaling the cost of the higher priced "better quality" ones. same with my 20" single row bar. :crapstorm:

I've been running a set of those for rear facing as pictured earlier in this thread, had em on for couple years or so and no issues as of yet. Once they crap out I'll switch to some Baja designs or cali raised

A lot of stuff, just ask and I'd be happy to tell you. Or we could wheeling/camping

Inside the swing out bumper is off-road only led rock lights. I like them bc they're magnetic so I can move them around if I need more light in a particular spot.

Yes, you're correct. It's a 27" National Luna led light bar(real thin) putting out 618 lumens with a dimmable and on off switch. It's mounted the the under side glass by a 3m double sided adhesive.

And then there's a lot of lights on the side and under neath too!!

Speaking of rear lights, does anyone know of a good place in the cab where I could find a +12v source that is hot only when the shifter is in reverse? Gonna run a isolated DPDT on-off-auto setup. Hoping somebody has a recommendation before i go to town with the multimeter.

I just finished installing mine last week. I went with the cheap NiLites. The follow the contour of the bumper so they do face down a tad but the flood pattern throws a ton of light.

I'll try to get some better pics of the light output from outside the vehicle tonight.

So Ryan and I didn't get a chance to work on the rear brackets yesterday. Took us a while to mount my compressor and some other things I wanted done. We're going to schedule another day to try and work on them hopefully soon when he's less busy cranking out sliders

I'll be hanging Rigid SR-Q diffused lights off the back (and sides) of my CBI overland bed rack. I liked them over the dually because they're lower profile and won't be as noticeable. Totally overkill but meh....

Anyone mount these on a 2016 yet? I have a pair but don't see how I can inset them on the stock rear bumper. Thinking about installing them in the front. Thoughts??

I have 2017 Tacoma, I just added a front grille LED light bar and I will be adding the @CaliRaisedLed Slim Led back up lights on a separate switch. Which fuse are people tapping into to illuminate the their 2nd switch (1st switch is for my grille LED light bar & will tap into the tail light fuse)

    Thank you,

    Dylan

Looking for some advice on how people ran their wiring from the rear of the vehicle to the front, where they inserted wiring from underneath the vehicle to inside the engine compartment? I have CaliRaised wiring harness so everything is nice and neat. I did wired up my front light bar and know where everything else goes (how and where wires connect too) just have never ran wiring from the rear of the truck to the front. I would also like to mention I am not taping into my reverse lights I am running my reverse aux lights on a separate switch.

Here is how I did mine. When you open the back window on the shell it kind of turns into a huge lantern. Helps light up the tail gate area. Window down lights up the camp area for setting up. I made some quick brackets that mount to my Yakima bars with a couple u-bolts.
