There are lots of threads on this subject and everyone have varying opinions about which is the best. I personally have a Bakflip MX4 and am very happy with it, bonus points for being able to open/close the tailgate with the top closed. One thing to note is that no tonneau is going to be leak proof out of the box. Whatever one you go with, take your time and seal up your bed if you are wanting to minimize leaks.

My '14 Taco has an Undercover SE lid on it that didn't leak when I picked up the truck a week ago in a downpour. Works great and is fairly easy to lift. The led light needed some lube on the switch so it would stay on when I pushed the button. I don't know what they cost new, as it was on the truck when I bought it. I'm hoping that the ARE topper is as watertight when I get it in a couple weeks.

Going with a Leer Triology when my truck comes in. Looked at all if them in person and this one (Trifold) is the best for me as I need to use my bed. Take a look if you haven't seen it yet.
