    Two things. Not exactly world changing but damn good upgrades for sub $200

    1) OEM bed mat. Nothing slides around and it protects. It's a no brainer.

    2) TRD shift knob. Small thing, but it feels and looks great. I get compliments and it makes me happy every time I drive the truck

    Not bad at all. Just use a quarter to mark the hole you need to cut in the mat. Be patient cutting it out with a box cutter. Easy to screw into the factory carpet. Once you feel it getting tight you'll know - as soon as that happens continue only far enough to have the clip in the position you need it.

    Should be manageable no problem

    Correct.

    Cut a hole with a quarter as a guide.

    There is a smaller plastic ring and a bigger one.

    The bigger one goes below the mat and the smaller goes above. They clip together through the hole.

    Make sure to stretch the mat as needed around the inner ring on the bottom plastic piece.

    Once you snap those together, put the mat down where you want it. With a pen poke into the carpet through the clip hole.

    Take the mat out and screw those things in using your body weight until they're snug. Don't overtighten. As soon as it feels tight and flush with the carpet your done.

    Throw the mat back in and turn the clips!

    Never deal with dirty carpet again!

    Bed mat stops the sliding of everything back there. Divider just stops how far it slides and it would be useless for my things like surfboards which take the length of the bed.

    Ya makes sense. I like the idea of nothing sliding but I play hockey so sliding in the hockey bag might be a pain with the mat
