    Pretty much stock right now
    Quality <> Aftermarket ???

There are quality aftermarket parts out there. My front OME coils, and my rear Wheelers leafs, for example. I've not had as good luck with bumpers and headlights. For engine/ignition/emissions, I've stuck with OEM. I'm not heavily modded - just keeping it maintained as a DD.

Yea my truck is a dd and a prerunner so I'm not going to make it look like a 4x4. But from when I have been looking it is hard to find a good site for aftermarket parts for our gen 1 trucks. I came from having a mustang and there is a good couple of sites that have aftermarket parts and like Americanmuscle have parts for all gens and f150s also. I'm just trying to see if anybody knows of any of those.

What kind of parts are you looking for specifically?

There are tons of threads on here about lifts, hid retrofits etc. We don't have a huge aftermarket like jeeps, domestic trucks and so on, but it's not too bad. Basically I would search for the item you are looking for, find reviews of different manufactures, and go from there. I found with all my mods that I ended up ordering online from everywhere, including eBay, Amazon, CBI, Wheelers, and a smattering of smaller local shops. The big stuff (suspension, ARB bumper, Warn winch, TG sliders) all went through a local vendor with a warehouse close to me. And living in Canada makes buying stuff so much harder/pricier. Took me a month to find a place to buy a ScangaugeII:eek:

    Good luck, enjoy the Taco:thumbsup:
