Up for sale is a brand new Marlin Crawler flywheel for 2.7L 1995-2004 Toyota Tacomas. I accidentally purchased it for my 2010 Tacoma. When I tried to return it, they wanted me to pay return shipping and a hefty restocking fee. I'd rather just give someone on here a decent deal than give away my money to them in a return.

Here's a link to the product on the Marlin Crawler website:

    https://www.marlincrawler.com/clutch/flywheel/flywheel-i4-27-liter

According to the website, it also fits various years of the T100 and 4Runner. I'm not sure which years.

These cost upwards of $150 when purchased from Marlin Crawler with tax and shipping. There is a picture of my original invoice showing this.

Was asking $100 + $18.85 for USPS Large Flat Rate Box shipping. Will do $100 with free shipping for Tacoma World discount.

Open to TW Express within reason.

I just looked at their website, and nowhere on there do they actually specify that it's for a 1st gen 3rz. All it says is 2.7l i4. Kinda bs that they wouldn't let you return it without charging you a restocking fee.

My thoughts exactly. They were pretty shitty about it on the phone with me. Kept cutting me off mid-sentence and everything. That's why I wanted to sell it to someone else on here for less.

Coupled with the fact that the centerforce clutch I bought works with all 2.7L from 1995-2015 supposedly, and that adds into the confusion as well.

Huh, that is bullshit. Good to know how they handled it for future reference. Good luck with the sale.

Thanks, I was pretty bummed about the experience. These guys are located somewhat close to me over in the Central Valley, and I like to support local manufacturing when possible (part of the reason I went with a Tacoma - built in the Bay Area), but this was just a shitty experience overall.

Still have it at the moment. I've been on vacation for 2 weeks and get back tomorrow night. Supposedly there's someone local that wants to purchase it the day after I get back, but I have not followed up with them yet. First person with $$ gets it.
