At first it was terrible; put in a quaife and it got better. Went to a smaller 11psi pulley on the vortech and it came back a little. I didn't want to push the limits of the trans and axles so I rarely launched. Thing was pushing about 340 raw to the front wheels uncorrected. This was over 10-12 years ago when dynotuning was not as commonplace as it is today.

I knew you would remember that. Thanks.

I want to get some sort of light to put over it. When I turn on the neon lights, it gets lost. Seems disrespectful to not give the American flag the attention it deserves.

Guess I better get cleaned up and head in. Can't tear myself from Andrew Zimmerman and his weird foods show.
Random pic. Got me 2 neons when I went in for my oil change last week.

Damn. Don't know the backstory on your rig. You wreck, or buy it like that?

    Bought it that way.

Should have seen all the blood all over the air bag. Someone got their ass kicked when that thing went off.

Hence the "bio" markings on the glass and mirror.

Did you have to do some cleaning I'm guessing?... Hell of a project with that involved.

Oddly enough, the cleaning was non existent. Cut out the old bag, threw out the seat covers and floor mats. wiped down all the plastic with bleach water. Done deal.

Good deal. Still would've never guessed that was a before pic of your rig.

Another of my many hobbies. All our trucks were wrecks bought at auction.

Lots of money to be saved that way, not to mention self accomplishment.

These lights are great. You can buy them at Harbor Freight for around $12. I picked up a bunch, removed the insides, then replaced with whatever decal I wanted and gave them away as gifts to family and friends.

I made this one for my shop.
I wanted a Toyota neon clock like yours, but could never find one.
I picked up a plain one at HF and took it apart and put a sticker inside. I like my juvenile version for my shop.[IMG]
