Its good besides pushing the vent out , but don't expect it to blow you out of the water with bass. the single one does not have that much room to power a high powered subwoofer. It is direct bolt on so no drilling or anything etc. just make sure u get all the hardware and stuff with it. also the polyfill, it helps

I literally have one sitting in my "cart" for a build I was about to do. TT single box cut for a 12" Alpine Type R Slimline. Was going this route since it's in the recommended ft^3 for the sub (and I know these hit HAAARRDDD) but now I'm thinking not so much? Kind of my only option; absolutely can not lose the passenger side storage behind the seat there.. Any input would be great (at the risk of hijacking an old thread?) Please have mercy lol.

If you don't mind me asking, what was the method/adhesive you used to adhere the speaker carpet to the back wall? I'm still debating if I should permanently glue it on top of my Dynamat, or do some style of velcro setup.

If you're just looking to add an amp, you can get the wiring harness for I believe $30 on Amazon. Just plug in your RCAs and remote lead turn on lead to it. I'm using it now and it works great.

I just talked to a JL employee and he said this should work fine. Then he suggested a few other things to help with signal and SQ but said his should work so ill give it a try for $30. Thanks for the suggestion.

Is this also the case with the single SW box behind the driver side rear seat?
