It was about an inch short, I extended it down so it sits about an 1/8" above the bottom now

Its for bias. I thought about adding a line lock too but didn't yet. I was running new brake lines from the master cylinder back anyway so it wasn't too hard to re route in the cab. I bought these lines, $4-$7 and comes pre flared with fittings, easy to bend by hand

And its on its own weight :D still need to box and plate the shock mounts but it was enough to check and see how close I am on spring rate, tied up the loose wires and it drove around the block. Sitting a little high and zero preload but missing 27+ gallons of gas, spare tires, etc so it seems like spring rate should be close

Are you using Explorer calipers in the rear?

No calipers from a 83 Monte Carlo, rotors from a 89 Chevy K1500. The problem was Currie doesn't make an axle with center bore large enough for Toyota rotors so I had to use Chevy rotors, which also let me go to 14mm studs instead of 12mm. Then they make $15 ebay weld on brackets for the Monte Carlo calipers so they locate depth and height of the K1500 rotors. Plus they are super cheap, and they use a 10mm banjo so I could use OEM Toyota rubber lines from the hard line to caliper without re flaring anything

Thanks and glad I could help!

Yeah I wasn't sure if I liked the shape when I was making them, they had to bend a little farther than I originally planned but looking at the photos I like how they are going so far

Shock mounts complete, suspension is pretty much done, mounted the fenders and drove it to the gas station :) No check engine lights and no pending codes. Gearing feels really good, 4.63 and 33"s my speedo was at 50 mph and gps said I was doing 47 mph. Overall feels amazing and no issues on the initial drive, so far so good!

    Boxing mounts

    Plating

    All welded

    Fenders mounted
