With that little back spacing you should almost certainly be good. As long as the shape of the spokes of the wheels don't stick in (D window spokes have had an issue with this on procomp 16's and 2nd gen calipers w/ stockish backspacing), you'll basically be working with a similar setup to the guys who have 4.5" backspacing and 1-1.25" wide wheel adapters.

Ya my wheels are the FN wheels 5-stars. I'm pretty sure the 13WL will be fine knowing they're 231mm I believe IMG_1504.jpgIMG_1501.jpg

Maybe this weekend if I have time. I'll pull a wheel and make a stencil of caliper and hub mating surface. Then AutoCAD it and make it a downloadable PDF file. That can be printed on paper and cut out. Drop down in the wheel to see if it clears.

I just saw your post in the FN Wheels thread, I put the exact same wheels on today! On the first page in that thread the OP claims they fit the 13WL caliper upgrade:

So I'm pretty sure they will fit. I have the calipers sitting in a box right now, when I install next week I'll let you know for sure.

does anyone know if the 13wl will work with wheelers braided lines ? knowing that they have a banjo bolt instead of a hard line.

Happy to report no fitment issues with the FN Five Stars. I am getting more pedal travel than with stock brakes though, which makes them feel soft but not unsafe. Hoping the brake feel gets better as I break them in more.

I'm not sure either. I'm guessing it just takes more master cylinder displacement to fill the greater volume in the larger calipers. It doesn't really feel bad, just different.

I remember reading a thread on here a while back where someone said the Tundra upgrade feels better on the 01-04 trucks because they have a different master cylinder. Not sure if that's true or not, but maybe you'll have a better experience.

Regardless, it still looks pretty badass haha. I went with a Powerstop caliper/rotor/pad kit from Summit and the stainless steel lines from wheelers.

Can't wait to see em. Considering getting these in the future.. Tired of researching the old school rim and fitment. Might be time for some modern wheels I guess.. Ha.What size tires are those?

hmmm interesting. ya now im wondering how the pedal feel is going to be. But im sure you feel the difference in stopping power compared to the old setup i hope? also wheels looking good man! going with the Napa remans since they come painted black to match the black lug nuts i got and i think it'll look good with the gunmetal version of our wheels.

ill be sure to post pics as well once i get them on. Im not sure what size tires @Mugen is running but im running Federal Couragia M/T's 285/75/16 theyre just under 33's. I believe they translate to 32.9x11.1?
