You could have saved $30 going to Tractor Supply and buying the high lift there in a Reese brand and bought a CB too.

Actually saved $60 doing the mobtown group buy, got a free adapter

 

Now you know he's going to need a 15' whip so he can transmit 40 feet behind or in front of him.

I think it will still make the 40 feet you'll need bud. You can always untie it if you need to reach that Delta flight flying over.

 

Hell I used to use a 2' mag mount on top of the wheel well in the bed on my old truck. I'd move it to the roof on the highway. Served me well.
