Food Smokers and Smoking Tips/Tricks/Techniques

. That's my response, but have been told it's an allergic reaction. Just not "highly sensitive", thankfully. It's not fun if I eat, but I won't kill me.

Any frozen pizza with pepperoni has chicken now. I have to ask at pizza shops I'm not familiar with if they use pepperoni that is chicken free. Lays baked BBQ chips have chicken in them the last time I looked and quit buying them.

Milk, whey, lactic acid starter culture, etc., seem to be in a lot of things. I read every damn label before giving him anything. Some hot dogs, and pretzels have milk, most processed food, etc. side benefit, he eats pretty damn healthy for a 7 year old.

 

Is that cream cheese? May take some a nice baguette or something and that would make one heck of a breakfast sammich.

Now I'm hungry lol. I do this breakfast sammich with some ham, cream cheese, tater tots on a toasted bagel. Sometimes I add a nice egg to it. I think I may need to swap out some fatty for the ham and give that a try when I make them again lol.

On Oahu Home Depot and Lowes don't even have Charcoal on sale . 1st time in years. Guess You all got it all lol. Just got new weber and made my own" slow and sear" lol out of old weber and wanted to try smoking a pork butt low and slow . Never did low and slow , never smoked on the weber. Gotta pay regular price for some KF now.

Was wrong . Memorial sale start today . Went home depot yesterday didn't see any pallets of kingsford . Guess they were hiding it lol...

 

Brown Santa just dropped me off a little something. 12lbs of hickory, 1lb of sugar maple.

 

Lowes is dead to me. Used to like them better than HD. That just changed. Bastages!

Or they are still trying to recover from someone cleaning them out

 

I just try to get a lot and if they say anything, I tell them that I can just make a dozen trips to my truck but it'd save both of us a lot of time to just do it in one ticket.

 

That's been my go to method. or as @drwx said... it's a matter of who wants to waste more time...

 

So many sales on meat. Brisket for $1.77, ribs for $1.25. Alls I need is pork butt for > $1 and I'll need that new freezer.

 

I just threw out my whole freezer full of meat this morning... its so sad to see so many pork shoulders go in the trash can.

 

Also, @scottalot if you see butts, ribs or briskets on sale, I need to restock the freezer!
