I was involved in an accident a few months back. In short someone was struck and thrown into my truck. I had all the body work repaired and thought all was good. I drove 2k miles and the some from Colorado to Texas and back. Fast forward a little and I noticed I began to develop uneven treadwear on my passenger front tire the same location I was struck. Today I took it into the dealership for an alignment and they discovered the spindle was bent, and the wheel knuckle was damaged. The invoice is being forwarded to the insurance companies to be covered. What other damage could arise from driving on a bent spindle for such a long period of time?

The dealership included a wheel bearing in the quote. What would be the chances of diff damage?

slight but possible, the axle has a higher chance of being damaged.

What should I have them inspect on the axle?

i guess they will know when they pull the old bearing. if that bearing is shot, then there may be a chance that your front diff may have some premature wear.
