Are you the one we are talking back and forth with on emails? If so, then yes we are aware something is wrong. We are working on the fix. Not sure what's going on. We tried to replicate it and aren't having issues on our end. Please give us a little time.

I think we fired our return processor. Might take awhile before we can get around to refunding your money. :burnrubber:

I placed my first order with you on the high lift adapter group buy. The only bitch I have is the website is awkward to use and the password is a joke. I understand security, but holy shit. I had to go back several times to get my order right and when I submitted my order it still didn't charge me freight. You guys were able to correct, but I had to do it through an email. All else was good.

Freight is the biggest annoyance with this line of work. So many different items, ship in so many different ways and they don't like to play nice when you try to ship items in one order that typically go different ways. We have been working on improving this for almost a year, seriously. It annoys us just as much. Every time we think we get it solved, the plugin creator pushes an update and screws it all up again.

As for creating an account, it might seem pointless in your situation but we ask that you do it for good reasons. It allows you to access your past orders, it allows you to track your order while it is going through production which is nice for items that have lead times, like bumpers and sliders. As your order goes through Production, we do move it through levels so you can track it. Like processing, in production, at powder coat, preparing to ship, etc. And I don't really know of many sites that exist anymore that don't require you to create an account when it involves making purchases.

Get 5 people that want a set and we will run them.

We have the design, our first set we built was a regular cab. The issue was the demand. Over 300 sets sold, 4 people asked for sliders for a regular cab, only 2 actually purchased. Unfortunately we don't cut and form the plate steel in house and to get a good enough cost to make it worth our while, we have to order in volume. But it also doesn't make sense for us to set on 5 sets of steel for years on end hoping they sell. Cost a lot of money to hold inventory.

WooCommerce can be finicky. Creating an eCommerce website take a lot of planning and maintenance. Product images, categories, descriptions, weights, shipping options, tax options, and inventory. It's a lot to setup as a web designer, and equally as much to maintain as a business owner. Sounds like you already have someone doing your web stuff. If you ever want someone else to look at things, let me know. I'm a WordPress guy.
