The most common reason for what you're seeing with that switch is that the power "hot" is somehow connected to what should be the connection to the accessory or relay to be operated by the switch. If your harness for that switch is connected the same way as the others, compare two of the harnesses to see if they're the same. Many of these differences seem unlikely since you're doing a bank of switches together and they'll all be side by side, but even pros make little mistakes from time to time. Maybe even check to see if the harness is connected to the switch correctly, most are made to only fit one way, but some can be accidentally reversed in the socket with a 4-pin connector.

Another way to check things would be to plug the harness for that switch into one of the others in the bank and see if it starts to behave the same way (the switches themselves are or at least should all be internally identical). If the harness plugged into another switch works properly, then it's probably a defective switch, if the other switch behaves like this one is, then it's a wiring issue,

I've checked, checked, and rechecked. I know my limits and its time for someone else to assist in person. Thanks.

I wouldn't sweat it. Like @GHOST SHIP said its way easier to diagnose something like this if you have someone there in person.

Whatever it is it'll be easy to find with a couple of checks on the multimeter.

I'm not as proficient in electrical as most people make me out to be. I only learned about auto electrical when I wanted to install my fuse block which was about 2 years ago. Once I understood the concepts and understood how things like relays worked it all kind of made sense. The one thing I learned about electrical that always helps me is to think of it like water: it'll search the path of least resistance, it wants to flow in one direction and wire gauge is relative to pipe size in plumbing where pressure=resistance. That always gives me that "aha" moment when I'm trying to figure something out.

Like a lot of other people here, if I was there with you and the truck, it'd probably take me a few minutes to diagnose and correct. But it's a bit more complicated for me to do online. I hope you're able to get it sorted out.

looking at the AOB wiring diagram shows that there is/should be a diode for the positive wired installation. I cant read all of the smaller printing so I am not sure what they mean by positive or negative wired switch.
