    It happens man I just got off a shoulder injury right into a hip injury and my back is always lingering. I try to do more functional stuff now and no more big lifting. Sucks getting old.

    The measurement from the top of the bedside to the bottom of the bedrail. I measured before I sent my truck in and I think it was 3" but I didn't write the measurements. I'm making the L brackets for my bed rack and want to make sure I cut correctly

    For those of you running synthetic when did you switch over? Im coming up on 35,000 and still running conventional. Truck runs great no issues. My oil changes are free but I hate dealing with the dealerships cus they are dumb. Thinking of switching to synthetic and just doing it myself after I get my fumoto valve. What do you all think and or run synthetic wise?

    I have been running synthetic since I took ownership. I was changing it out every 3k miles, but now have adjusted to about 4k-4500 miles. I was using Mobil1 5w30 with an OEM filter, but I have changed now to whatever is cheapest, but still a name brand.
