NW WA Meet / BS Thread

is anyone going to this, thinking of skipping the TSF meet and go to this instead?

 

My old stomping grounds! Absolutely love NorDaho. Coeur d'Alene is a lot bigger than it used to be, so now I typically head north. If you haven't checked out around Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille, you're in for a treat.

 

Not sure if you can get tickets or not still. I'll throw the RTT on the super duty and go with you if so

 

website still shows tickets at $95 a person for a 20x20 spot

 

I would have gone. But they're putting it on a week earlier and I have to work.

Noted! I'll have to do a little more exploring in Idaho, I think.

 

Idaho is beautiful. Lived in both the south and central areas.

Camp spots are picked as you show up right? Not as you buy your tickets?

 

I will be there again this year too, leaving Saturday afternoon to head down to the gorge though.

 

Yes. Last year we conveyed over and managed to get the far northeast corner.

no that area is full, don't go there, don't advertise it LOL. I don't want people finding out about where I grew up. It must stay the same.

 

I took Cam up there to hang out with some of my family and they told him the same thing. "Don't tell anyone about this area".

 

Haha, I hear ya, man. Was born and raised near Rockford Bay. It's changed a lot since those days.

This thread s awesome I didn't realize there were so many people in NW WA that did group Tacoma outings. I was always told it was mainly keeps before I moved up here

 

There is a lot of yeeps... The difference is that we can speak in complete sentences.
