Other Options For GoPro Mount

Does anyone know of any other cheaper dash cams that will mount it the GoPro mount on the windshield?
I'd like to get an inexpensive dash cam but would like to use the existing mount instead of the suction cup that comes with most of them.
Also does anyone make a connector I can use with the rear view mirror for the power source?

I used a bike mount (inverted) to hang my radar detector from it by using Velcro without gluing it to anything just as a strap and its held pretty good no issues. I would imagine you can do the same provided the device has some type of body mass that will let you use that, or tie strap??

The bike mount also came with a stick on-base you can use, or that I will use when I find the dash cam that I like.
