    Have a black box behind rear driver side seat is this the trail light control box? Googled it that's what I'm finding just want to make sure before I tap in to it to hook up my running lights I just hooked up.

    No will have to get a pic later. It's behind some wall carpet on driver side. From what I know my truck has a stock trailer harness. No I don't have a diagram

    There's cab vent back there.

    We're that controls the tail lights and if you have the tow package and follow the wires under the carpet there will likely be inline fuses for the trailer lights. Why are you tapping into there for running lights?

    Yep . I put led light strips under the cab of my truck for side running lights. Down the road I'm hooking them to a flasher so I have side warning and running lights.
