Sold! Mods delete

Have two 5100s and two 5150s for sale. They still work fine, I just upgraded my entire suspension system. They have some nicks on them but they will get the job done. The 5150s could go for a new set of bushing on the lower end, the 5100s bushings still look fine. On the top of the 5100s the mount has rubbed some of the metal off the stem, it was holding on my truck fine but if you have a welder or a friend you could easily fill in the space and smooth it out again. Selling as is. Length on them is as follows: 5100s- lower eye to top of stem is 25 inches. 5150s- lower eye to mounting stem is 25.5. the rears are 10 inches of travel.The set new would be worth over $400 bucks, I am providing the next two purchase options.

Option 1- $150 + shipping because I want them gone.
As it states, I want the shocks gone but cannot bring myself to just throw them away since they still function. Someone gets 4 shocks, I get some space back on my floor. Its a deal. The greatest deal, the best deal in history...

Option 2 - Split them up, $100 for the rear pair/100 for the front pair.
Most likely if I split them up I will eventually get someone wanting to buy the other pair but it will of course take a bit longer and mean more work for me. I'm lazy in this aspect. I work at a District Attorneys office from 9 to 5 then get back home to work another 3 hours on average outside the office. Splitting the shocks means separate trips for shipping , yadda, yadda. My motivation is them gone without me being bent over. Little extra work on my end means a little more money and its still a good deal. The best deal, just below the above option for the best deal in history. Let me know if this offer sounds enticing to anyone.

I have someone on Craigslist who got in touch first. Once he decides that they will not work on Ram with a 5 inch lift I'll post back on here. I'd prefer all of them to go at once but if I can't get someone to get them all I'll split them up I suppose

Well, ole craigslist ( with aid) came to terms that my shocks would not be the correct application for his set up. I have you two that have asked for 1st dibs on the list but please read the original post for my changes due to splitting them up. If you still want them I am going by the order that is posted on this thread. Have a great one everyone!

No idea on the milage honestly. Been on there a couple years.

 

I've got 5100s with 887s up front and the ride quality feels just like stock if not slightly better. If your aftermarket front bumper is heavy enough then the 886s + 5100s should feel the same way.

*My 5100s are set at "0" and I'm getting lift from the 887s.

 

Between the bumper, winch and hopefully skids, I would assume there is a solid 200 lbs added to the front of the truck. Any experience with the 5150's?

 

Are those just the extended travel 5100s? That's what I'm running in the rear with my dakars.

I know the 5160s do. Haven't heard of 5150s though.
