44 this past march. Just had my 25 year work anniversary this past Friday. Still wondering where the years went!

I hit the big 50 in April of this year, just a couple weeks before I took delivery of my Tacoma.

If you know how to spell "light", you are not the intended consumer for Miller Lite. If they can't get that right, how good could their beer be?

Also, I'm gonna be that guy that points out the elephant at the top of the thread. You have all the big O's twice.

I'm 30 and was too overwhelmed with confusion to cast a vote.

Rotated my tires today. This didn't used to be an issue. Knees are on their way out. BioFreeze, you are average, at best. I used to take mild pain meds for my lower back and knees, I guess they can't prescribe the damned things anymore, unless you are dying :rain: They make me feel depressed and moody, but they sure lick the pain and make for a great night of sleep.

Any of you guys have luck with turmeric or chondroitin? It's going to be a few years before I can partake :rasta: due to the job, though I sincerely don't think it helps with pain. At least it never has in the past... Any suggestions from you older guys/gals?

Try magnesium supplements 500 mg a day and I also take chondroitin. It has helped greatly with tennis and golfer elbow I have gotten from being a pool tech.

I took magnesium for the longest time. My doc told me to hold off due to my BP medication. Getting older isn't all that great anymore.

I have lost about 40 lbs in the last 3 years, so I really cannot blame my weight anymore... 6'2" and 215 lbs, I guess that isn't terrible, but I still call myself a fat ass out of habit haha. I follow the doc's orders to the letter, and it seems to help. It is tough to deal with the pain some days though. I walk everywhere I am able to, and I feel great afterward. Just bitching right now, I guess. I will feel better tomorrow haha.

Thankfully, I have maintained most of my eyesight. My hearing is fucked, but I am okay with that most of the time :D I do wear glasses, especially to read and drive. I have floating black spots in my eye sight, that really drives me nuts.

Too old to even figure out how to cast a vote. 43 quickly heading towards 44. I'm at that age were I am now starting to take off my glasses when I'm reading now. I have no idea what kids are saying, the interwebs is surpassing me, and I sometimes dribble If I don't time it right. :sadviolin:

I will be 50 in a couple months and I know what you mean by pain in my knees and lower back but my job doing nursing most of my life really has taken a toll on my body . I lived in Phoenix for 38 years up until a couple of years ago and I had Zero issues with arthritis in my back and knees then I move here to Pa and this damp humid weather is just reaking hell on my body . Ugh !!!

Yeah I got hearing issues as well can barely make out what is said if I am not looking at who is speaking, knees are creaking, still got back issues even after surgery, 2 bulging discs in my neck that cause entire left and right arms to fall asleep feel numb and ache, constantly drop shit or spontaneously throw what ever I have in my hand. And the black spots in my eyes, super dry skin. Plus in an married with an 8 year old kid. He has the energy of a jack rabbit. I finally got the old joke about the papa bull and the baby bull standing on a hill over looking a pasture of cows.
