Hey guys got these on about a month ago. This past weekend drove out to pickup concrete got twice as much I thought we were getting 1200 vs 600 lbs. Rode home almost on bump stops. I know ome spring packs are usually flat but these now seem to have a slightly downward bend. I do have a aftermarket rear bumper and tire carrier but I don't remember the springs looking like this.

Dam! Those are laid out pretty good, have you considered switching to all pros heavy duty expos due to the constant weight your running plus occasionally hauling things such as the concrete?

They are basically for expo rigs running constant weight and seem like they would be best suited for your setup

It does look like it has a slight negative arch to it but I'm not familiar with how dakars are supposed to look normally.
I hauled 1500 lbs of concrete on my stock leafs and didn't notice any bending... I thought the Dakar pack was supposed to be able to handle heavy weight?

Yeah it looks bent/fatigued to me. My dakars look like that when I stuff a tire, not at normal ride. I've never hauled more 500# in the back though. Mine do ride some what flat, but not like that iirc. Check your hub to fender measurements.

    Edit: mine are the CS047R's

1200 shouldn't be an issue, as stock can handle more than that.

That being said, they look more worn out that my stock springs, which have handled 1200-1500 pounds with no issues repeatedly.

Dakars have a noticeable positive arch to them not under load. 1,200 lbs of concrete + plate bumper + tire carrier is quite a bit to be hauling. Even Dakars will be put under stress with those demands. My first recommendation definitely wouldn't be to swap them out for all-pro expos. Unless of course you plan to do this level of hauling on the regular for which I'd say get some air bags.

You have 5 regular leafs and 2 overload leafs; for a total of 7 leafs?
    I count 6...

These are the EL095R not the CS047R I believe even though the retailer had them as CS047Rs

Not sure if you knew, the 95 is their light duty pack, which is similar to the CS047R but without the 3rd leaf.

Headstrong did a review here ICYMI.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/new-ome-dakar-leaf-pack-review.489540/

"The "light" duty EL095R seems to be the equivalent to the CS047R with the 3rd leaf removed. This pack has 6 leafs, 4 main leafs, and 2 overload leafs."

    Always in process
I'd try jacking up the truck and letting them sit without any weight on them for a few days if possible and they might get back to some positive arch cuz they're looking kind of sad at the moment.

I think with the weight of the bumper and tire carrier you'd want the EL096R anyway

Did not know that animal existed.

Sounds like you should have bought the ELO96R with EL46XL if your going to be hauling that kind of weight.
