    With no resistance in your tap set up I'd go as low as your regulator will let you.

    Like 1psi.

    In fact you might be able to pour the first pint with just the pressure built up from the beer releasing co2.

    Tried something called Dale's Pale Ale tonight. Never heard of it before and was leery since it was mixed in with the pisswater tallboys. Actually very good. Would recommend for $3 a big can.

    I usually have mine set at 10-12 psi which is also generally the same as the carbonation level at temp.
