Welded mounts to the sliders for mud flaps since they didn't fit with the 33's. Trimmed the oe mud flap to contour the fender flare.

I fabricated a bracket out of 1" wide and 1/8" thick steel. It bolts up to the ac condenser mounting bracket in the very front of the core support. It's made to fit as tight as possible as I didn't want them too far back away from the grill. Drilled holes and mounted them with black Allen head bolts and locknuts. Painted it black remounted it to the truck and hid the wires very ninja like lol.

I've wondered for quite a while if the later style door panels fit the earlier doors. How does everything match up color-wise? I might have to do a swap in the future as my armrests are starting to wear out and I've always thought the later style panels just look better. Nice job.

    Thanks!

The colors changed significantly in the 2001 redesign. The original gray is much darker than the 2001 gray, same goes for Tan. The round speaker will not fit correctly as the 2001+ door uses an elongated speaker instead of a round one. I didn't want to get new speakers so I cut some of the speaker shroud out internally and it fit fine afterwards.

Here you can see the difference clearly.

If you see the pics in my build thread (link in signature) you can see some more pics of how the door panels differentiate.

I'm going to be putting Lexus ES300 power seats with motorized controls, heat, black leather, and memory foam to replace my stock 50/50 bucket seats. I bought an ungodly pair of 60/40 seats from a junkyard Tacoma, stripped it down to the brackets, and I'm going to weld the Lexus rails onto the Tacoma rails while keeping the sliding mechanism intact. Gotta wire up the seats first.

He replaced the nut on a mil spec connector, it says "It simply replaces the nut on the terminal clamp bolt of the "mil spec" connector"

Not yet. I did purchase a set earlier this year when they were supposedly being discontinued and Toyota dealerships were only gonna sell remaining stock to VINs that had them.

I'm not sure if that is still the case or not, didn't keep up with it after I bought my set.

My Duratracs on the stock 16" wheels have less than 8,000 miles on them so the TRD Pro's will be in storage for a while. Mine don't look the same as yours though, they're matte gray. I thought the only other color offered was matte black, but again haven't really kept up with it since I secured a set.

I think the ones that I have are Tacoma Pro specific and come standard. Maybe yours are an upgrade option if somebody buying a new Toyota were to want different TRD wheels. I'm not 100% sure on any of that though.
