Before they ever came out with all of the current quick detailed washes, cleaners, and waxes I use to use Pledge furniture polish as a quick wax detail when I've owned motorcycles. It worked really good too.

That doesn't affect the automotive paint in the long term?

Washed the truck for the first time this year :anonymous: and then my woman's Honda Fit. Went to the grocerie store, rolled on a dirt road and now the truck is full of dust:annoyed: but I don't care, it's 90* for the first time this year and beer is good! Cheers!

Always hated driving down a dirt road after spending all that time cleaning up a vehicle, at least you got something to help relieve the stress from all the work you did for nothing.

Changed all drain plugs to Dimple Magnetic plugs UNI filter on air pump
TEEIAM - All I changed all of my drain plugs to the ones from Dimple mfg. I highly recommend them. See attached link www.drainplugmagnets.com
    Phone 704-320-0700.

In my case I choose the magnet type over the fumoto . These Dimple Mfg type are extremely strong and you can get the one for the front diff that actually uses a wrench instead of the allen type .

Also check out their vid. If you call you will actually get a real person to talk to . If you place a order they will send you a handy thread pitch gauge

For people looking for a nice impact, Lowes has the 24v Kobalt on sale at 20% off, making it 199. Picked up one this morning and just did a tire rotation with it, life saver. It is rated at around 650. Plenty to do some heavy jobs and it doesnt involve me having to drag the air hose out.

Anybody have a secret for getting the new cv axle in past the c clip? I can't seem to get enough leverage. TIA

    yep..
Finally had a free day to put my lift in. Bilstein 5100 at 0.85 with a 1/2 spacer drivers side and 3/8 passenger. Netted about 1.5" lift.

Tires go on Tuesday and I have an AAL waiting to go on when I get another day off!

    Edit: No vibes :)

Honestly, I think these mirrors look better than the itty bitty factor mirrors...I have them on my Taco...they are great for towing a travel trailer.
