i know this was a long time ago, but anyway, i just stumbled across it while reading through this thread. znaps is a scam. i tried ordering some for christmas last year and didn't get them even though i had got an email confirmation. tried emailing the company help desk and didn't get a response. did some research and their facebook page was littered with nothing but bad comments and people telling their experience which was the same as mine. luckily i used paypal so i filled a complaint through paypal and got my money back. paypal couldn't get in touch with them either.
