    Got Northstar battery in the mail. Looks like it has a damage on the terminal. Negative plate is bent as you can see from the picture. Also, the plastic around the plate is broken. Is this something I have to be concerned before installing it?

    Oh wow man, it looks like it was dropped on the terminals. You may have to run an insurance claim through Fedex-ground if you got it through the group buy. I'm afraid that I wouldn't install that in my truck, it may work a while but any crack or fracture may wind up growing and the battery won't be covered under warranty with that damage. Definitely do what ever it takes, get a replacement.
