I have a 2002 Tacoma with the 3.4 v6 and a manual transmission. For about 3 months now there is a clicking/ popping sound coming from the clutch pedal when it is depressed and released and it is slowly clicking more and more. Th3 clutch works just fine no problems with shifting or operation. I have inspected the pedal and nothing is lose but I cannot locate where the sound is coming from. It is getting really annoying now, is there any plastic prices that could break? What should I do to fix this problem, any ideas?

    Anything is helpful thank you
