Decent, built-in rechargeable battery to replay video for a short time. Uses the cigarette plug and has a built in USB plug. My only complaint is the field of vision... In order to get a wide field of view you end up with a lot of sky and hood in the frame.

Fits perfect in the third cup holder behind the stick shift and plugs in nicely to the outlet in the center console. The cord on my dashcam is long enough that I can run it along the ceiling, down, underneath the column plastic, and under the floormat to the adapter. Way nicer than having a big plug sticking out of the dash

So I've got a friend who lives in Round Rock and we were comparing prices for different beauty services, etc and you guys pay a premium for the exact same services that we get down here and that is ridiculous. That being said my gym membership with 24 HR Fitness is about $30 a month but you could be looking at twice that.

Yup! My gf can't find anywhere to get her hair done under $250 in Austin. Unless she goes where your not supposed to go lol

This is why my wife goes to beauty schools for a haircut. Takes 3x as long but also 3x cheaper.

 

Right???? I dunno if I will buy in Austin city limits in the next year or 2...makes me sad thinking I will be paying 8-10K/year for taxes. My folks pay under $2k for 3 acres in Fayette county

 

6k here for my place... its steadily gone up. I am quite certain the GF and I will be buying some land near spicewood and building a house there in the next 12-18 months. I love you Austin, but you are bringing me down these days!

This is true, however, prices across the area have also increased. We will see how it works out soon, going to start looking end of summer probably. And of course there will be a room for all my homeys to crash

 

I have been thinking Buda, Manchaca, Dripping Springs area, Southwest in general, would love to be out in the Circle C area but they are $$$ too.

Dripping Springs is where my GF lives now. This is a great area! The more west the better IMO

 

Pretty much anywhere outside of Travis County.

 

I wish I didn't have to work in town lol otherwise I would love to live 30-40 miles west in the Hill Country. Right on the Colorado River...similar to @Tacoridge
