    Just bought two of them two months ago love them over the regular shield and for that price you can't beat.i bought mine at the local cabelas for like $325. Just got the email from s&w and they said they were overwhelmed with the rebates and it would be a few more months before mine would be processed. A little ridiculous but it's worth the wait I guess,it will bring the total for gun down around $250.
