So I recently had my passenger front steering knuckle assembly replaced due to an accident and I had my alignment done. Is it normal to have over a 1 degree difference in Caster?

I have Bilstein 5100s set to the .85 setting what's the ideal amount of caster I should have?

6inch lift sitting on bilstein coilovers. Lexus is300 studs in front to keep stock wheels, general grabber red letters, nfab front bumper.
With that caster split I'm sure it's pulling right.

That's the odd thing it's not pulling now, prior to my alignment it was pulling right hard

With a 2wd Tacoma I generally shoot for a -.5 split in the caster ( the left side will be .5 lower than the right side) on a 4x4 I would like to have -.7 or -.9 split.

If you not pulling leave it alone. Caster will not wear tires. Only camber and toe will wear tires but only camber and caster will pull. Toe will cause a crooked steering wheel and an excessive rear thrust angle will give the feel of a crooked steering wheel.

Take it back. Lazy mechanic. Alignment between caster and toe is a dance and you can only get what the truck will give you. The tech sould try to match the numbers but it takes time to get it wright. If he can't get the 1.5 to 2.7 then bring the 2.7 down to the highest that he can bring the 1.5 side up to.

On my 2000 the highest I can get on both sides and match is 2.4 on my 2007 2.9 on booth sides. Camber and toe is always .05

That's what I was thinking. I was searching through old threads with alignment specs and I couldn't find any with over a 1 degree difference in caster. I'll swing back by the dealership today and speak with them again. Thank you.

In all honesty I would leave it alone if it's not pulling but it does seem odd to me that it's not pulling right.
