    Hey fam, question for ya..

I had the old BFG All-Terrains on my old truck and loved them. They were fantastic off-road.. I am in need of new tires soon and I am thinking of switching back to the BFGs from my current Toyo tires..

Anyone have any opinions about the KO2 tire? I have heard mixed things so far..

    Thanks,
    Tyler

I ran them on my full sized gmc for a long time, averaged 50k + miles out of them. On my current Tacoma have them and so far happy. I get the E-rated ones, have about 40k on them now. Happy off road in the desert. In the rain, not the best when heavy because they don't have lots of channels to carry off the water but I slow down. Happy with and will get again.

they are a great all around tyre, I am on my second set and average about 80 to 100,000kms on a set. They do have noticeably less traction when wet or icy compared to some other tyres, but offroad they hook up amazingly well and shed the dirt/mud as designed, I drive a truck not a sports car, so I slow it down in the winter and in heavy rains and they do a great job.

Just got some recently, very impressed, have no urge to try other brands if I needed new tires.

Just got my 2nd set to replace my old set (went slightly larger this time). Best tires I've ever had. I went with E rated again, way overkill for our trucks on the street but great offroad. If you don't do much wheeling then go with the C rated version, they're much lighter.

I've had two sets of the original KOs, one on a Tacoma and another on a Tundra. They wear great and are not bad on snow/ice, although there are probably better tires for winter. I did read that the KO2s are better winter tires than the original KOs were, so they ought to be pretty darned good.
