    Meh - That fine isn't nearly big enough. My bet is they made twice that much and just considered the fine a cost of doing business. Until the fines are big enough to severely damage the company's financial health and executives put time in behind bars this BS will continue.

    (I know of a pharmaceutical company that knowingly sold a drug in an off label way. (that's breaking the law BTW) When the FDA hit them with the biggest fine ever levied at the time the company paid it with little protest. The executive that thought up the scheme calculated the anticipated fine into the cost of doing business. The FDA was all proud of themselves for busting this bad actor of a company and the company cried all the way to the bank.)
