The Remote Reservoir fitting came lose on my rear Icon shock. Lost all the oil, so I went about a week with no shock before supplies showed up for a rebuild!

After roughly a year and a half of use, this is what the oil looks like. I was quite surprised, and it seems like I'll be rebuilding more often than not due to it.

All disassembled and laid out, time to clean and put it all back together with new seals and oil.

Filled the shocks with 100% Pure Nitrogen and installed back on the truck. Feels like they're brand new again!

I now officially have nitrogen for the rest of my life! I had to buy a Q Tank, but I think it was worth it.

All the places in town who could recharge would do it for roughly 30$ a shock, or didn't have 100% Nitrogen, as tire shops only have a 80% mixture that they inflate tires with.

That would of ended up being roughly 120$ for all four shocks vs a 250$ tank that will last me years, as well as it allows me to rebuild my shocks or any friends shocks for as little as 5-10$ each! :D:D:D:D:D

Is it pretty easy to rebuild these shocks and coilovers? I have all KINGs and have dreaded rebuilding them, but it honestly seems simple

It's was actually really really easy, it may have took me 3 and a half hours to do the first one just screwing around and figuring out how everything works, but I think I could easily do it again in under an hour.

Went on a week long holiday through Alberta and British Columbia, did lots, seen lots, even meet lots of people! :D

Soloed Top of the World Trail!

Meet these amazing people along the way, and I can't thank them enough for their hospitality!

They took me out on the trails the next day before I departed.

Went to the Nahatlatch Fire Tower that is maintained by the Four Wheel Drive Association of BC, I camped out there for the night thanks to them!

Made my way to 4wheelparts in Langley, BC. Bought and installed a Winch in the Parking Lot! hahahaha :D
    [IMG]

Started making my way home and found a pretty cool trail alongside a river.

Found a random trail up a mountain and got this shot, made it about 3/4 of the way before tree life eventually took over and I could not pass!

Last but not least, I drove about 350km of the Trans Canada Adventure Trail on the way back, the views and scenery along this trail were stunning!

    Haha, thanks!

It definitely was lots of fun, and I kinda want to do it again come July, but this time I'll be of course exploring some different locations!

Took part in The Ne-offroad 2017 Adventure in Wapiti, Saskatchewan. More than 50 offroad rigs signed up for this trip. With 4 separate trails of varying difficulty each day! Here's just a few pics from the Adventure, didn't have my camera out as much as I was planning on. Definitely going again for 2018 tho!

Purchased a Pelfreybilt Rear Hi-Clearance Bumper w/ Gate which is likely to arrive come December!

Added a second Plano Storage Case to the Prinsu Rack and temporarily removed the Rotopax which will be put onto the Bedrack when it is completed, and again will be removed and put onto the Rear Bumper Gate once it arrives.

Also added the Cobra ACXT645 2-Way Radio as another Comms option.

Also an update on the bedrack, half the parts have arrived!!! WOOT, just waiting on tubing! :D:D:D

    You definitely will!

Don't have to, it doesn't interfere with anything.
