I want to replace the stock headunit in my truck with an aftermarket unit that has Apple Carplay.

The issue is, i dont want to loose the steering wheel / microphone / rear-view camera features that my stock system has. Is there a simple way to just replace the headunit and keep all of those stock features?

I have a 2012 with EnTune premium / nav with the JBL speakers.

    Thanks!

I've changed out one head unit (2004 4Runner) with steering wheel controls and used a PAC adaptor/interface box.

But I do trust Crutchfield over a random install on the internet. If it doesn't work, call them up and they'll walk you through something and/or get the right parts out to you to get everything functioning like OEM.

Does anyone who has changed out their entune headunits for an aftermarket one still have access to their backup cameras?
