    To come.
I should be picking my truck up tomorrow. I already have a Smittybilt XRC9.5 sitting here waiting for it. I like the HAM radio install. I'm HAM licensed myself. I use it to transmit video, but I should get on the air to talk just to exercise.

Transmit video (and long range UHF control) is my primary reason for getting my ticket as well, but I do use it for trail comms and gps tracking as well.

Thanks. Really interested in getting one of these, but that's as far as it goes for the moment. Holding onto every single one of my pennies right now. The possibility of life getting really really expensive in the near future is too real for non essential spending. I'm hoping things hold and I can get back to burning money sooner than later.

Replied in the other thread, mostly done in my head. I might be able to find some time and actually draw it up later, but wouldn't be for another week at the earliest.

Wow, you can extend the bed on this design by a few feet over the open tailgate by opening the drawers for support and putting a small piece of deck on top of them. Voila, full length sleeping bed from a short box! Beautiful design, thank you for sharing it!

Ya know, a fellow with a router could thin those boards down in strategic locations and leave plenty of material thickness at the stress points. Heck, even drilling a bunch of big holes in the right places will save some weight and retain quite a bit of strength.

I have certainly considered that, especially the top deck, but it's been a crazy shitty year and I haven't had a chance to do a single thing with my setup in a while.

Thanks for sharing your build info! Had no idea about the breather; gotta dig in more on that.

Are you still happy with that ARB compressor?

Yeah, it's excellent. Not as fast as a twin, but I'm rarely in a hurry.
