Sound deadening material + Bay Area installer

Hi all,
Have seen a few posts throughout the forums on sound deadening. Looking for any recent recommendations as far as materials are concerned (Dynamat, Fatmat, something else). Would like to do the floor, all the doors (DCSB), and the rear of the inside of the cab. Not sure if I should do the roof. I don't mind paying for a premium material, considering it is hopefully a one time job. As a bonus, if you know of any great installers in the San Jose / Bay Area, it would be great. Looking at the auto stereo sites, none that I have found list this as a service they perform. Would like to do it myself, but time is a scarce commodity these days from a work perspective.
