    Is it safe to use this to remove bugs from your truck? I did not know if it would hurt my paint.

    It should be fine as long as its the citrus based and not acetone or another harsh solvent.

    I use a product called orange peel to get rid of adhesives, tar, and bugs.

    Just remember to wash the truck when you're done.

    I wouldn't use it. Get yourself a paint safe bug sponge and presoak the bugs when you wash to get them off. You can also apply a sealer or wax to the front of the truck so they don't stick on so much.

    I would avoid using any harsh chemical. They can be paint safe when washed off adequately and with proper soaps but even then not worth the risk.

    Use a good sealer or wax and wash bugs off sooner rather than later and it will make life easier when its time to wash them off.

    You can also get them off with a clay bar. Just wash what you can off first.
