Yes it never ends. Hope that one goes smooth. Tomorrow we hit Flagpole Knob. Can't wait. Already hit a ton of spots in WV. Here was camp during Father's Day weekend

You going to be around the area on Saturday? A group of us will be out at Bald mountain which isn't too far from flagpole.

 

We are checking out of Hotel Saturday and plan to meet yall. As long as everything goes well at Flagpole

Yeah the trail definitely had way more holes cause the crazy rain we got last week, today was awesome. What time did ya guys hit the trail this morning. We were actually running an hour behind when we were trying to get there and then got stuck behind a dude being extra carful in his nice jeep for a bit (also had kids with him so)

 

We hit the lower trail sign at about 10am. We ended up stopping maybe 4 times or so for pictures, food and at the two first water holes. We reached the top at about 330

Anyone up for a beach day in OBX. Takes 1.5 hours and 90 miles from Towncenter to the sand driving beach above Corolla. I have family in town and they want to go down there July 22nd. Want to leave early and spend most of the day there.

That sounds like fun, its closer to a 3-4 hr trip for me but ive done it once already this year and its p sweet. I also have the year Hatteras OR pass so maybe head down to the island? Can you camp on the beach on the island? i think maybe, i know you cant up on Corolla.
